All forms are due by April 26th. Everyone listed on the Emergency Form is able to pick up your child and must bring a photo ID to pick up. Any changes to forms must be done in the Water Tower at least 2 business days prior

Upon your initial registration, you will pay $15 per week you register which will be subtracted from your amount due. You must pay by the payment deadlines indicated on the registration form, your receipt, and parent packet.

Please be sure to adhere to all payment deadline dates in conjunction with the aligned week of registration. (WK 1 = May 15, WKS 2 & 3 = MAY 31, WKS 4 & 5 = JUN 14, WKS 6 & 7 = JUN 28, WKS 8 & 9 = JUL 15) If payment is not received by the deadline, the child(ren) will be removed from the weekly program and no deposits will be refunded. If no waitlist exists, there will be a $10 late fee per week of enrollment. Spots are not guaranteed if you do not pay by the deadline. Please contact the Parks and Recreation office if you need to make arrangements due to emergency/unexpected situations.
There will be no penalties for any camp withdrawals made before May 1, 2019. Any withdrawals made after May 1, 2019, will result in the forfeit of the weekly deposit. After your full payment is made on the deadline, you will not receive a refund for the dates your payment covers. For example, your payment on May 15, 2019 covers week 1 of camp, if you choose to withdraw your child after the 15th, you will not receive a refund for week 1 If you withdraw before the payment deadline but after May 1, you will receive your payment less the $15 deposits and adjusted registration fees.If your child needs to be withdrawn from a program, please notify the Riverside Parks & Recreation Department before the payment deadline by emailing (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by calling (708) 442-7025. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please follow up by phone. Failing to do so will result in the loss of the weekly deposit and the prorated amount for any unattended camp days. We appreciate your cooperation as other children may want to fill open camp spots.
A nonrefundable $10 fee will be applied to adjusted registrations after May 1, 2018 and prior to payment deadline for the following reason: switching camps (i.e. Adventure Camp to Teen Camp or Camp Centennial to Play Camp). After the payment deadline, no adjustments may be made to registration. This policy excludes the adjustment of daily registration if available from flex to 5 Day, or 5 Day to Flex, as long as we are notified by the Wednesday of the week prior.
If a week you are interested in enrolling in for summer camp is full you will be placed on a wait list. You will be contacted by Riverside Parks & Recreation Staff if a spot you are interested opens up. You will have 24 hours to accept or deny the available camp spot before it is offered to another camper. You must remit a deposit, or in some cases full payment to hold your spot.
Each camp has specific drop off and pick times and procedures. This information can be found in the parent packet.
Very strict. No excecptions. We understand that your child may still be working on potty training at the time of registration. This is one of the reasons we allow for withdrawal without financial penalty prior to May 1. If by May 1st you are not confident in your child's ability to use the restroom without adult assistance, we recommend cancelling your child's enrollment to avoid any financial loss.
Your WebTrac account will detail your enrollment. Please allow for 3 business days for your registration to appear. You will also receive an email of receipt after initial registration.
