1. What are your office hours?

We are open Monday - Friday, 9 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. We are closed on certain holidays.

2. How do I register for a program?

For general programs, you can conveniently register online. You can register in person for a program at 43 E. Quincy St, and pay with card, check, or exact cash. We strongly recommend registering 8 days prior to the start of a program. 

3. How can I get involved with Riverside Parks and Recreation?

We are very grateful for your interest in supporting Riverside Parks and Recreation membership. Riverside Parks and Recreation employees must be 16 years old. Find out what we are hiring for here.

4. Do you have a lost and found?

We hold on to items left behind at the 43 E. Quincy St. If you or your children participated in a Parks & Recreation class or activity and discover that you’ve left something behind, please give us a call at 708-442-7025 to see if we have it.  We donate uncollected items twice a year. If you left something at another facility, we can contact that facility to see if they found the missing item.

5. How do I sign up for Summer Camp?

Registration for our Summer Camp Program can now be done online or in person. To register, you are required to put a $15 deposit down per child per week you are interested in. Upon completion of registration, there will be required paperwork to be filled out. If you register in person, you will be handed this paperwork in person.
