Chief Tom Weitzel Appointed To the Board of Directors of the West Suburban Chiefs of Police Association
Chief Tom Weitzel has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the West Suburban Chiefs of Police Association. Chief Weitzel will be representing the Illinois Association of Chiefs of Police and the West Suburban Chief of Police Association with legislative concerns that affect law enforcement throughout Illinois.
Chief Weitzel was appointed by West Suburban Chiefs of Police President Mario DePasquale. Chief DePasquale is the Police Chief in McCook.
Also appointed to the Board of Directors with Chief Weitzel were Maywood Police Chief Val Talley, Northlake Police Chief Norm Nissan and Illinois State Police District Chicago Commander Luis Gutierrez.
