Work Completed the Past Two Weeks
- Completed storm sewer and 90% of sanitary sewer in Phase 4.
- Storm sewer has been installed on Fairbank, Coonley and Scottswood (East of Coonley).
- Pavement patching and concrete restoration in Phase 2 and 3 on Bloomingbank and Scottswood - West.
- Driveway aprons and curb have been poured on Bloomingbank and Scottswood.
- Topsoil and seeding on Bloomingbank and Scottswood.
Upcoming Work Planned Next Week
- Construction will start on Phase 5 on September 5, 2017.
- Sanitary sewer work on Phase 4.
- Intersection of Coonley/Fairbank will be closed on Tuesday, September 5, 2017 due to sanitary sewer work.
- 280 to 268 Fairbank Rd.
- Pavement patching and concrete restoration will start on Phase 4.
