Riverside Police are assisting State Representative Mike Zalewski in his annual Back to School supply drive.

Riverside Police are assisting State Representative Mike Zalewski in his annual Back to School supply drive.

Saturday, August 19, from 10:00 a.m. until noon Riverside Police officers are donating their time to assist the community of Riverside and Brookfield with the Back-to-School party supply drive sponsored by State Representative Mike Zalewski.

The supply drive will be held on Saturday, August 19, at Ehlert Park, Splash Pad Pavilion, at 4315 Park Avenue in Brookfield. 

Residents, who would like to donate before the event, may drop off any new school supplies at Riverside Police Department lobby; a donation box in the lobby and items can be dropped of 24 hours a day leading up to the event.

New items are needed, such as pens, pencils, notebooks, folders, and any school supplies will be donated to families in need.  With your help this will remain a very successful back-to-school event for needy children in our area.
