Mark your calendar for Tuesday, April 26 and plan to drop by the 200th Birthday Party for Frederick Law Olmsted, hosted by the Village of Riverside Historical Commission. The open house style event will be held at the Riverside Train Station from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. . The celebration will include live music by Bob Macey, refreshments, and a craft station for children. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
Following the birthday party, head over to the Riverside Public Library, where the Frederick Law Olmsted Society and Shilin Hora of The Seed will be presenting a museum quality gift to the library at 7:00 p.m.!
