An official ceremony for the Village of Riverside’s Important Bird Area designation by Audubon Great Lakes was held on Wednesday, September 23, on the Swan Pond hill adjacent to the Library. A representative from Audubon Great Lakes was in attendance and signage designating the area as an Important Bird Area was unveiled. Thank you to all who made this possible!
