The Village of Riverside is excited to announce that we will be launching a new online bill pay service for water & sewer bills on January 2, 2020. Features of the new online system will include pay by text and payment notifications and will enable customers to store several different payment options such as credit or debit cards, checking or savings accounts.
In order to implement the new system, residents will not be able to make online payments starting December 23, 2019; however, pay by phone will remain available during the transition. The phone number to call to pay a utility bill on or after December 23, 2019 remains 855-895-2537. This phone number will change starting January 2, 2020.
Thank you for your patience during this transition. We are confident the new system will provide enhanced payment options that will simplify paying your utility bill in the future.
