Elder Service Program
The Elder Service Unit of Riverside Police Department investigates reports of suspected elder abuse, financial exploitation of the elderly and other crimes relating to elderly victims.
When an elderly person is the victim of a crime or scam they are sometimes reluctant to report it to the police because they feel embarrassed. Anyone can get taken in by a scam and there is no reason to feel embarrassed - the Riverside Police Department will help victims to the fullest extent possible.
The Elder Service Unit consists of 3 state certified Elder Service Officers: Sergeant Jeff Miller, Sergeant Brian Greenenwald and Officer Marrello.
