Utility bills are distributed on the first day of every other month and due the 20th of the month. The Village accepts a number of payment options including:

Automatic Bill Payment
Village water bills may be paid through an automatic debiting of your checking account. To enroll in the automatic bill payment program, please fill-out and return the Automatic Bill Payment Application along with a voided or cancelled check to authorize the Village in this transaction. Riverside Online Bill Pay
In partnership with Illinois State Treasurer's Office, the Village of Riverside offers a free electronic billing service via the Internet. This online payment option is done through a secure login process, and conveniently allows users to safely and privately view and pay utility bills 24 hours a day, seven days a week, using a credit card or personal checking account. Call 1-877-690-3729 and use jurisdiction code #2320 using check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
Residents may also drop off payments in person at the Village's front desk during normal business hours. There is also a 24-hour drop-off box located in front of Town Hall.
